Formaatelierr@outlook.comIn-stock orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Standard parcel delivery is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch; oversized or palletised panel orders are typically 5–12 business days. These are estimates, and we will confirm any material delay by email.
Freight delivery may be curbside only. Inspect cartons and pallets before signing, photograph visible damage, note it with the carrier, retain all packaging, and email us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos.
Contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery before returning anything. Standard stock panels must be unused, uninstalled, uncut, unpainted, unmodified, and in their original protective packaging.
Custom-cut, colour-matched, made-to-order, final-sale, installed products, opened adhesives, and samples cannot be returned unless defective, damaged, or supplied incorrectly. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, usually within 5–10 business days. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Available methods depend on your delivery country, currency, device, and the payment options enabled in Shopify checkout. Eligible cards and express options such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay appear before you place the order.
Your final checkout summary shows currency, applicable taxes, and delivery charges. Payments are encrypted and processed through Shopify and its payment partners; we do not receive or store your full card number.
Calculate the wall area, subtract large openings, then add about 10% for cutting and handling. Allow 12–15% for complex patterns.
Yes. Texture, colour, and relief change with light. A sample is the best way to assess scale and tone.
Many gypsum and polymer panels can be painted after suitable priming, but always follow the individual product instructions.
Install on a flat, clean, dry, structurally sound substrate using the fixing specified for that panel. Use a qualified installer for heavy, lit, or acoustic systems.
No. Choose a product explicitly described as acoustic when sound absorption is part of the brief.
Use only products explicitly approved for humid conditions and never in direct-wet zones without a suitable wet-area rating.
We recommend reviewing a sample in your own room before ordering. View it vertically in daylight and artificial light, and compare it with flooring, paint, furniture, and adjoining finishes.
Natural veneer, stone-effect surfaces, printed finishes, and manufactured batches can vary slightly in colour, grain, relief, and sheen. Order the complete project quantity—including cutting allowance—at the same time to reduce batch differences. Samples are representative and are not returnable unless damaged or supplied incorrectly.
